Abstract:
The subject of the study is the problem of the formation of pedagogical consciousness in the conditions of designing a coherent environment of the future. Based on the analysis of the development of pedagogical reality and activity over the past decades from the standpoint of system-structural, humanistic approaches, the concept of pedagogical education as the goal and result of psychological and pedagogical education, the conditions for ensuring the coherence of the environment is substantiated. A unique model of the formation of pedagogical consciousness within the framework of the design of the environment is presented. It is concluded that changes in the public world consciousness lead to the need for the Russian pedagogical community to rethink pedagogical education and consciousness in the system of functioning of the modern educational space of the surrounding world, the country, as well as to search for those guidelines that will remain core, value- and system-forming. The mechanism of formation of pedagogical consciousness among future teachers from the standpoint of the ideas of humanities, mediocrity, is the comprehension of values through the study and analysis of materials, the creation of dialogical situations, games based on the inconsistency of the pedagogical environment and the surrounding reality, inconsistent development of the environment, opposing views in its evaluation, based on the substitution of values. This process should be carried out purposefully, systematically, consistently. The dependence of students on consciousness, self-understanding, professional activity and its basic value orientations of the value attitude to their future profession, a conscious approach to the implementation of activities, understanding the dependence on the result of pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical activity of the conditions for designing a harmonious environment for the development of the younger generation of the future is revealed.

Abstract:
Modern higher education is in dire need of new working tools and processes for its implementation. The structure of student involvement in educational activities also needs to be built in a fundamentally new way. This determines the relevance of this study. During the analysis carried out in this study, it was found that the university contains all the basic elements of a multiplayer game. Instructional designers can better engage students in learning by considering it a game. However, the game is flawed because the simulator cannot predict the future. In this regard, our study aims to eliminate the identified shortcomings. The article examines the structure of the game and the process of building a new university model based on this concept, which can respond to the challenges of the time. The ideal modern university as a personalized multiplayer game is the most effective model in this study. It builds communication between the player (learner) and the game, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) helps in this. This interaction between them can lead to a constant change in the situation, and the unpredictability of artificial intelligence reactions will likely help solve the problem of the absence of situations that developers and their resolution previously thought out.

Abstract:
This article presents a comparative analysis of the learning outcomes of higher education students using two different forms of learning: traditional offline learning and e-learning. The features of e-learning are considered. The study considers the widespread introduction of digital technologies in both electronic and traditional learning. The subject of the study is the influence of various forms of organizing the educational process based on the results of academic activities. The purpose of the study is to identify the most suitable forms that are most effective in modern conditions. The author used a comparative analysis of the learning results of distance and traditional forms of education obtained during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The following objective criteria were chosen: student grades, average score during certification, and the number of students who successfully passed their exams. The work considers the difficulties of objectively comparing learning results of e-learning and traditional education formats. Despite this, it was possible to identify differences between different types of education, which are especially visible when conducting certification in a standardized format. In general, it was shown that students taught using the traditional format gained more professional skills and competencies than those who studied remotely. As a result of the study, preferred forms of training were identified, as well as the most effective ones. These formats currently include traditional learning, which uses the entire arsenal of modern digital content, and blended learning, which uses both conventional and online learning forms.

Abstract:
We often hear regular statements from the mass media of specialists in the field of education that characterize the situation with the industry's staffing, such as, "There is no one to work." Indeed, there are still a number of problems in this area that need to be addressed. The Concept of the Development of Additional Education for Children until 2030 explicitly indicates the insufficient staffing of organizations of additional education and the low level of involvement of educational organizations of higher education in implementing additional general education programs. Updating the content of students' training, as well as the success of their professional socialization, is largely determined by the effectiveness of the functioning of the system of relations between an educational institution of higher education and employers. Within the framework of such cooperation, pedagogical universities offer programs for teachers at institutions aimed at improving their professional level. In turn, these educational institutions provide students with opportunities for practical training, which helps them to better understand professional realities. The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of building a system of interaction between institutions of higher pedagogical and children's additional education. Integrating pedagogical universities and children's educational institutions with additional training is a key factor in developing the modern education system. It contributes to the formation of a unified professional community that can effectively solve current problems in the field of pedagogy and education. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the fact that based on the concretization of scientific ideas and generalization of successful practices, the main categories of the interaction of a pedagogical university with a regional system of additional education for children are determined. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the proposed algorithm for building joint activities of a pedagogical university with educational organizations implementing additional educational programs in the design and implementation of basic professional educational programs, the development of educational, industrial and other types of practices that provide solutions to the tasks of training student teachers.

Reflecting on the Images of the Macedon Kings Philip and Alexander in Current History Textbooks

Abstract:
This research is based on images of famous figures of the antiquity era—the King of Macedonia, Philip II, and his son Alexander—and their reflections in the pages of fifth-grade textbooks on world history. Particular attention is paid to the correspondence of the information in school textbooks to historical sources and materials of historical research on these rulers. The completeness of the reflection of the images of the two most famous Macedonian kings is analyzed, as well as a system of tasks and questions that deepen knowledge directly about outstanding historical figures and the turning point of ancient history as a whole. The authors conclude that Philip's personality and activity are almost completely eclipsed by the vivid image of Alexander, which corresponds to general historiographical trends. Philip's era and transformations, which changed the course of Greek and world history, are briefly and casually discussed, or only one of the sides of his military reform is considered. This does not allow us to fully assess the significance of this figure in ancient history and analyze his contribution to the transformation of the Greek world. At the same time, Alexander is presented in textbooks not just as a talented commander but, in fact, as the greatest hero of antiquity. His personality's negative aspects have been smoothed out and are practically not mentioned. In the end, all that remains is a brilliant commander and a talented ruler. It seems that this can lead not only to a distorted perception of specific historical figures' activities but also to the formation of an inherently vicious belief that timely reforms and transformations are of incomparably less value than military campaigns and conquests.

Abstract:
Abstract: The subject of this study is the cultural knowledge of international philology students about Russia. The paper contains the results of a survey that was conducted for several years (starting in 2014) among students of the Xinjiang State and Xinjiang Pedagogical Universities (PRC, Urumqi), who studied Russian for two years using the textbooks "Russian Language for Universities" (created in China) and came to Russian as a foreign language for a one-year internship (during their third year of studying Russian as a foreign language) at Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University (NGPU), with a B1 level in Russian. The purpose of the work is to present a system of diagnostic tasks that allow students to identify the initial knowledge of philologists about the culture of the country of the language being studied. The purpose of the work is to present a system of diagnostic tasks that allow one to identify the initial knowledge of philology students about the culture of the country of the language being studied and changes in their ideas about the realities of Russian culture at the end of their year of study, to determine the basic cultural and country-specific information acquired during training by carriers of systemically different cultural values. Analysis of pedagogical, methodological, and educational literature on the problems of teaching foreign languages, including Russian as a foreign language, questioning of foreign speakers to determine cultural and regional knowledge about Russia, a method of describing, generalizing, and systematizing the data obtained, a method of thematic classification of cultural studies material presented in textbooks and assignments performed by students. The novelty of the research is determined by the material introduced into scientific and methodological circulation, obtained as a result of a survey and questionnaire of international students of philology, and by allowing the study of the image of Russia that has developed among international students. The study's main conclusions are related to the developed and tested system of diagnostic materials aimed at determining the level of cultural and regional competence of international students. The materials obtained allow international philology students to identify the basic culturally-oriented knowledge about Russia that they have after studying outside the language environment, as well as to track the changes that have occurred in their ideas about Russian culture during their studies in Russia and draw conclusions about the dominant cultural values of Russia in the language consciousness of international students.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is the image of a professional educational institution (university) student. The subject of the research is the use of a systematic approach in the study of the formation and development processes of students' images. The purpose of the study was to determine the place of the image in the vocational education system and its function and to identify the factors that ensure the formation and development of the student's image. The study was conducted based on the Department of Socio-Cultural Service and Tourism of the Institute of Languages and Culture of the Peoples of the North-East of the Russian Federation of the M. K. Ammosov NEFU. Based on the provisions of Talcott Parsons' theory of systems and structural and functional analysis, the results of the research of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of the formation of the image of adolescents and young people, including in the learning process, the author considers vocational education as a social system in which the image of a student performs several functions. Both theoretical and empirical methods were used in the work, which allowed the development of a model of a student's image at a vocational educational institution to summarize the results of a study on the image of students of the North-eastern Federal University. The novelty of the study is that a model of the image of a student of a vocational educational institution was developed, based on which the structure of the image of students of a higher educational institution was studied, processes that occur within the image as a system, conditions, and factors that determine changes in the structure of the image. Based on the conducted research, conclusions are drawn that the image of students is a subsystem of the social system of vocational education, simultaneously acting as a mechanism for its preservation, as well as an independent system generating changes within itself, which ensures its safety, balance, and unity. The condition for preserving the image as a system is a change in the structure of the image that occurs in the university's educational environment due to the integration of various types of academic, scientific, project, and organizational activities.

Abstract:
The subject of this study is a quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of the educational process in the form of e-learning in relation to classic and distance forms of its organization, with the example of the elective course "Physical Culture and Sports." The object of the study is a new form of organization of the educational process at universities: e-learning. The authors consider the features of the organization of the educational process in the form of e-learning: the setting of an individual educational goal by the student themself, its formalization using the university's virtual educational space, the calculation of an individual educational trajectory and its practical implementation by "playing" the student given pedagogical situations. Special attention is paid to proving the practical feasibility of the main provisions of the well-known pedagogical concepts of the organization of e-learning and obtaining quantitative data on the actual effectiveness of the educational process in the form of e-learning. The novelty of the pedagogical experiment conducted by the authors lies in the fact that for the first time, the elective course "Physical Culture and Sports" was fully implemented in the form of e-learning, which made it possible to obtain quantitative values of the parameters of the educational process (the time the student reaches an individual educational goal, the percentage of participants guaranteed to achieve the educational goal in relation to the total number of students, etc.), proving a higher efficiency of e-learning compared to the "classic" and "distance" forms. A number of negative factors have been identified that need to be sufficiently covered in theoretical studies on e-learning but have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the educational process in this form. The directions of improving the educational process in the form of e-learning for its implementation in educational institutions of various levels are determined.

Abstract:
The relevance of the research presented in the article is due to new trends in modern education related to the need for competent implementation of the results of modern cross-disciplinary color studies in the process of professional training of design students. The purpose of the work is to use the methodology tested in Sweden and the UK to establish the quantity and quality of knowledge about the color of Russian design students and to compare these parameters with the corresponding indicators of foreign students. The object of the study is the color competence of Russian students, the subject is cross–cultural differences in the principles and mechanisms of using color in everyday design practice. The authors consider in detail the main areas of research that have formed the scientific basis of evidence-based color design. To assess the quantity and quality of students' knowledge about color, a modified method of Janssens & Mikellides was used. The answers were collected during an online survey in which 187 students of the Design program (147 women and 40 men) aged 17 to 48 years took part (average age 20.43, SD=3.5). The main conclusion of the study is that Russian students have a fairly high index of knowledge about color and even surpass students studying in the UK and Sweden by this indicator. The value of the index of general knowledge about color is almost the same for first- and last-year students. A lower index of knowledge about the color vision of elderly people among students starting their studies compared to graduates correlates with differences in the choice of sources of information about color. Undergraduates are experiencing an increase in interest in evidence-based design and a change in the target setting for the use of classical color theory in the development of design solutions in combination with proven empirical data, which reflects the anthropological turn of modern design and urbanism in general. The results of the analysis have both practical and theoretical significance and will contribute to further understanding of art education in the world.

Abstract:
The authors of the article consider the features of teaching Russian as a foreign language (hereinafter referred to as RCT) to Ivorians at the Center for Open Education established on the basis of universities (Université méthodiste de Côte d’Ivoire, Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, ETIC University) in October 2023 in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The purpose of this study is to describe approaches to teaching Ivorians the Russian language from scratch and the practice of working with African students, which allows to intensify the language learning process, optimize the amount of material studied, choose effective methods and techniques, and offer practical advice to RCT teachers beginning to explore the African continent. The research is based on the principles of competence-based, communicative-activity and ethnically oriented approaches in teaching RCT. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: questionnaires, observation, including the method of "unconscious internal observation", statistical methods of processing results, comparison, generalization of practical experience in teaching Russian to foreign students. The implementation of the Russian language teaching system developed by the authors of the article from scratch showed that this process achieves the greatest effectiveness when taking into account the characteristics of the African audience (emotionality, musicality, artistry of students) and including a large number of visual, media and audio materials. According to the authors of the article, the techniques of melodization and rhythmization of linguistic and didactic materials acquired particular importance in the learning process: they contributed to the establishment of trusting relationships between teachers and students, disclosed the requests of Ivorians for the content of education, and allowed taking into account the cultural interests of the audience. The demonstration of respect for Russian and African cultures in the development of the lesson program was carried out taking into account the comparative approach, which allowed students to focus on the peculiarities of Russia compared with Africa's. The use of gaming technologies made it possible for teachers to present material to students in different ways: working in pairs, groups (teams), the rapid change of activities caused by the game, contributed to the establishment of mutual contacts in a large audience (the number of students in the classroom could reach up to 100 people), relieving tension when communicating in a non-native language, unobtrusive introduction of grammatical and lexical material, as well as intensive enrichment of Ivorian students with information about Russian culture.

Abstract:
The subject of this study is the educational needs of foreign students, the consideration of which should determine the design of education. Special attention is paid to cultural, educational, pedagogical, social, household and communicative aspects. The differences between the samples of first- and second-year foreign students for the construction of individual educational trajectories are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the relationship with a female teacher and a male teacher. The nature of relations among students is analyzed. The groups of needs of first- and second-year foreign students are structured. In the empirical part of the study, a survey in the form of a questionnaire was used. The questions were formulated in accordance with the chosen theoretical model of adaptation. In order to increase the objectivity of the results obtained, the question of nationality was removed from the questions about personal data. The questionnaire was written in Russian and English. The results were processed using the statistical software package SPSS-23.0. The main conclusions of the study are: in the second year of study, it is necessary not to reduce, but to activate tutor support. Insufficient awareness of students about the country of study is noticed. The urgency of the need for closer communication with your family is revealed. A high level of evaluation of relationships with teachers is needed. Foreign students are positive about interaction, but psychologically they do not fully realize it. For first-year students, the Russian language is important and therefore the sphere of communication and possible problems due to differences are updated. For foreign students of the second year of study, the fact of integration into the socio-cultural and educational environment of Russia is relevant.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the problem of the functioning of inclusive education in Russian universities. Through the analysis of modern documents proclaiming the right of persons with disabilities to receive quality education, as well as the actual practice of introducing inclusion in the activities of universities, the author attempts to assess the level of development of higher inclusive education in Russia. The paper describes the main approaches of universities to teaching students with disabilities and with disabilities. The problems of universities that cause insufficient readiness of universities to accept and train people with disabilities are identified. The author's attention is focused on ways to overcome the identified difficulties, as well as issues of improving the process of inclusion in the activities of universities by conducting self-examination in higher education institutions for the university's readiness to teach students with disabilities. When considering materials of a legislative and legal nature, the author of the work used such research methods as analysis, description, synthesis. In order to identify the most fruitful ways of organizing an accessible educational environment for people with disabilities in universities, the method of analyzing pedagogical experience was also used. When formulating the conclusions of the study, general theoretical methods of comparison and systematization proved to be in demand. The main conclusion of the study is that Russian higher inclusive education is currently experiencing only a stage of its development, and it is too early to talk about true inclusivity in the practice of Russian universities. However, the work reflects the measures taken by universities to ensure comfortable conditions for the education of people with disabilities. Among them: the desire to expand the specialized material, technical and didactic base, the organization of psychological and pedagogical support of the category of students and teachers interacting with it. The fruitfulness of the introduction of advanced training courses for the teaching staff, the creation of resource training and methodological centers is noted. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author of the work introduces the concept of the inclusivity index – a kind of result of self-reflection of the university's activities, which allows to indicate the degree of its readiness to accept students with disabilities. The author also presents the main components of the inclusivity index, which are necessary for clarification when compiling questionnaires for self-examination of the university.

Abstract:
The relevance of the study is due to the unsatisfactory state of health of the younger generation of Russians, as well as the problems of teaching physical culture in our country. One of the reasons for this state of affairs is the potential of various types of running and exercises based on it, which is clearly underused in modern Russian education. Famous Russian teachers of the second half of the XIX – early XX century P. V. Tikhanovich, A. G. Berglind, P. F. Lesgaft, E. A. Pokrovsky, A.D. Butovsky, V. E. Ignatiev and V. G. Ukhov offer a theoretical justification and give vivid examples of practical solutions to the most important educational tasks based on the active use of running locomotion in the educational process. The subject of this study is their understanding of the educational potential of running as the most accessible and attractive type of activity for children, providing comprehensive personal development. As a means of training and education, running exercises allow you to achieve the most important educational goals, which are expressed in the basic principles of pedagogy. This is provided by the natural ("instinctive") nature of running, which explains its health benefits, accessibility and recreativeness; a playful form of running activities; the connection of bodily and intellectual development in the implementation of complex running exercises, habituation to working capacity based on the skill of prolonged volitional tension and "firmness of mind", the achievement of graceful movements, etc. The author comes to the conclusion that outstanding Russian researchers of physical culture P. V. Tikhanovich, A. G. Berglind, P. F. Lesgaft, E. A. Pokrovsky, A.D. Butovsky, V. E. Ignatiev and V. G. Ukhov have revealed the huge educational potential of running, significant for modern pedagogical practices.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the formation of control and evaluation of self-sufficiency of younger schoolchildren in the conditions of part-time and full-time forms of education. The authors identify the problem of transition of primary school-age students to the correspondence format of education, combining full-time and distance forms. Such aspects of the topic as indicators of the formation of control actions of students are considered in detail, the relationship between control and evaluation actions is shown, the specifics of the educational evaluation action are described. The key idea is outlined: the transfer of the control and evaluation function to the student. The control and evaluation of own results by the child himself is considered. Special attention is paid to conducting a formative experiment. The main conclusion of the study is the confirmed fact that in correspondence and part-time forms of study, working with assessment sheets with the allocation of evaluation criteria is an effective means of forming control and evaluation independence in younger schoolchildren. The results of the experiment showed that in the experimental class, the independence of students has become higher, since the student is responsible for his learning. The main contribution of the authors in the study of the topic is an attempt to solve the problem of teachers using methods and didactic teaching tools that are most suitable for effective practical application in the situation of correspondence and full-time distance learning.
