Matskevich I.M. Verbatim to the “Round-Table Meeting” on the Project of the Concept on the Dissertation Council (November 29, 2011, Moscow State Juridical Academy by O.E. Kutafi n)

Abstract: in the article, the materials of the round-table discussion of the jurist scientists on the defense of theses papers in Russia are presented. The authors criticize not only the acting Concept of the Dissertation Council, but also a new one, adopted not long ago, before the meeting of the round-table. They say, that contrary to the expectations, problems, aroused by the scientifi c juridical society, on the order of compilation and defense of theses papers, are not solved and even have become more complicated.
