Bykov, V. M. Law on House Arrest of the Suspect or Accused: Scientific CommentaryAbstract: The article is devoted to a new federal law concerning house arrest. The author notes that this new law regulates the use of house arrest as a measure of suppression in more detail. At the same time, the current version of the law still has certain debatable provisions. The author of the article suggests ways of improvement of this new law. According to the author, there should be a new version of the law.
