. Legal Regulation in the Sphere of Inter-Ethnical Relations: Directions of Improvement.

Abstract: The author substantiates proposals for improving legal regulation of inter-ethnical relations. In particular, it is emphasized that it is necessary to provide for preservation of ethnical identity, including native language, traditions and customs, peculiarities of cultural legacy enhance administrative and criminal liability for rousing hatred in inter-ethnical relations.
