Kitaev, S.V. The “political party of power” phenomenon within the Russian social and political system.

Abstract: The history of Russian parliamentarism shows how lasting is the traditional “power- centered” type of political culture is. Currently this type of political culture provides us with seemingly strong system of no-alternative power, which rot inside and fall apart. So did the Russian Empire. So did the Soviet Union. It is important to get out of the vicious circle and come to the way of democratic development.
