Pilyugina, N.S. On some epistemological declarations of the Russian anthropology of law.

Abstract: This article by N.S. Pilyugina is devoted to clarification of the meaning of the key epistemological terms of the Russian legal anthropology. The topicality of this problem is due to the need to analyze the retreat from the “naïve objectivism”, which was once announced by legal anthropology itself.
