Life features of a newly born Diaspora are viewed from the point of view of creation and performance of the most important Ukrainian establishments and so are they key problems and achievements influencing the Ukrainian land in general. The First World War is considered to be one of the milestone events in the Ukrainian history which has caused the mass scattering and emigration of the Ukranians to European and American states.
