Abstract: This research aims to study latent and Internet-mediated forms of deviant behavior of young people in the digital environment. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the manifestation of hidden forms of deviation in the digital environment. The methodological basis of the study is the sociocultural approach, which considers the priority of generally accepted norms and patterns of behavior in a particular social group. An online survey questionnaire was used as the primary research method. The questionnaire included 23 questions aimed at studying young people's personal perception and understanding of manifestations of deviant behavior in the digital environment and the model of responding to such manifestations. The content, semantic, and behavioral aspects of the respondents' attitude to the object under study predetermined the structure of the questionnaire and the content of its questions: the degree of involvement of students in digital communications, the presence and characteristics of the target audience's experience. Three hundred fifty students from 19 universities in the country, located in 12 regions, participated in the survey. Among the respondents were 88 men (25.1%) and 262 women (74.9%). The average age of the survey participants was 20,136 years. Secondary data processing was obtained during the study using correlation analysis (the r-Spearman correlation criterion). The scientific significance of the results obtained lies in rethinking existing ideas about norms and deviations from them in the context of digitalization, which allows for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of formation of latent and Internet-mediated forms of deviant behavior in the digital space and its connection with changes in the social environment.

The article "Latent and Internet-mediated forms of deviant behavior of youth" is submitted for review. The paper contains a statement of the problem, a brief theoretical review and a description of the results of the survey. The subject of the study. The work is aimed at identifying latent and Internet-mediated forms of deviant behavior among young people. Research methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the model was the work of G. U. Soldatova, A.A. Volchenkova and A.M. Zagumennaya, M.V. Kostolomova and others. The relevance of research. The phenomenon of socialization of the younger generation through the digital environment is in the center of scientific attention. The author notes that along with the positive aspects of digitalization (accessibility of information, the ability to communicate, the ability to create and create in a digital environment, etc.), virtualization of life is fraught with a number of negative aspects, among which digital deviation stands out. The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: personal and situational factors of digital deviations are identified, a value-semantic digital dissonance is formed in the assessments of anonymous opportunities and behavior in the digital environment, the peculiarities of young people's perception of digital deviations and reactions to destructive content, deviations in the digital environment are described. Style, structure, and content. The style of presentation corresponds to publications of this level. The language of the work is scientific. The structure of the work is clearly traced, the author highlights the main semantic parts. The logic in the work is presented. The content of the article meets the requirements for works of this level. The amount of work is sufficient to reveal the subject of the study. The following positions were considered in the study: a brief theoretical analysis of approaches to the phenomena of "digital socialization", "digital deviation", types and types of digital deviation, levels of digital deviation, "cider of digital culture" is given. The main part presents the results of the survey conducted by the author. The respondents' answers to such questions as whether they are registered in various social networks and have their own accounts on the Internet, how much time they spend on social networks, whether they have encountered deviant behavior of other users on social networks, etc. were analyzed. The author conducted a correlation analysis, which led to the conclusion that the more time students spend on social networks, the more likely they are to encounter deviant behavior from other users. Special attention is paid to identifying the most typical forms of digital deviation: humiliation and harassment of other users, fraud and theft of personal data, insulting another user in public, creating and distributing extremist content, spreading false information, insults in private conversations, posting photos of other users on social networks. The author comes to the conclusion that students are not only aware of latent and Internet-mediated forms of digital deviation, but are themselves the translator of such forms of deviation. Special attention is paid to highlighting the possible causes of digital deviation among students. We are talking about personal (the desire to attract attention, lack of upbringing, low level of education) and situational reasons. The author also identified measures to reduce digital destruction, which were identified by the respondents: administrative measures, educational and educational measures. Moreover, the first option was chosen as preferable by the majority of the survey participants. The respondents highlighted the positive and negative results of digitalization. In conclusion, the results obtained and the conclusions formulated based on their results are described in detail. The author notes that latent and Internet-mediated forms of digital deviation are a complex phenomenon that requires further study and analysis, including gender-based ones, to understand their impact on the individual and society as a whole.
