Abstract: Forming university youth policies is an important criterion for developing a student's personality. Modern higher education requires not only a simple transfer of knowledge but also the formation of values, skills, and competencies among students. The university's educational activities and youth policy play a unique role in this process. One of the key aspects of this process is the creation and development of an appropriate ecosystem—a set of interacting elements that provide optimal conditions for the development of students as individuals, citizens, and professionals. The basis for the successful functioning of the university ecosystem of youth policy and educational activities can be an event-based approach, which involves the creation of a continuous stream of activities that can affect students in various activities, contributing to their personal growth and development. Educational events to develop students' skills are widely used today in educational institutions of various levels around the world. At the same time, the process of developing social engagement of modern students is inextricably linked with the process of improving the professionalism of teachers, namely, creating new ways for teachers to foster new forms of interaction with students in the organization of educational and extracurricular activities. The rapidly changing demands of modern society on the professional competencies and qualities of a teacher pose the task of higher education institutions to create effective training and education programs for specialists. In this context, the event approach is an innovative methodological concept based on experience, reflection and socio-cultural analysis. The event-based approach contributes to the development of professionalism of future teachers and the formation of their readiness for difficult situations that they may encounter in their professional activities.

The article "Development of the ecosystem of educational activities and youth policy of the University based on an event-based approach" is submitted for review. The work contains a brief statement of the problem, a brief theoretical analysis, as well as an empirical study. The subject of the study is not formulated in the work. At the same time, the work is aimed at studying the development of the ecosystem of educational activities and youth policy of the university, as well as determining the importance of an event-based approach in this process. Research methodology. The paper provides a generalized review and analysis of studies published in Russian and foreign publications that address the problem raised. The empirical basis of the study was the results of processing the answers to the questionnaires of students and teachers of the A.I. Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University. The respondents were also the heads and employees of the partner organizations of the University in St. Petersburg. The relevance of the research is due to the fact that in the branches of modern science, including in various industries, the event approach is becoming an increasingly popular tool for organizing work with young people, allowing them to combine educational and educational processes within the framework of interesting and significant events for students. The author notes that the modern educational model requires new methods of organization, which will be based on the integration of knowledge and the involvement of students. This is especially relevant in the aspect of the development of the ecosystem of educational activities in higher education. The scientific novelty of the research. The author noted the following: - highlighted the organizational and pedagogical conditions for improving the process of implementing educational activities and youth policy (creation of a management structure for the organization of educational activities and the implementation of youth policy, the implementation of social partnership, the availability of appropriate staffing for the implementation of youth policy); - the objectives of the curator of the academic group are defined; - characteristics of the curator of the academic group (empathy, active listening, organizational skills, leadership, constructive feedback, conflict management, problem solving, professional ethics, communication); - the groups of skills of the 21st century curators of academic groups have been identified (universal skills; modern literacy related to the development of new technologies that enable people to act in a certain way in certain situations; life skills that help manage life situations, coping with challenges). The author highlights the formats of events that are aimed at developing the appropriate skills of curators. Style, structure, content. The style of presentation corresponds to publications of this level. The language of the work is scientific. The structure of the work is clearly traced, the author highlights the main semantic parts. The logic in the work is presented. The content of the article meets the requirements for works of this level. The amount of work is sufficient to reveal the subject of the study. The introductory part briefly defines the research topic and identifies its "problem" areas. The author identifies several areas of research: - approaches that consider the features of the event-based approach (Ya.A. Baskakova, M.I. Bolotova, N.V. Volkova, O.I. Genisaretsky, L.V. Goryunova, D.V. Grigoriev, O.V. Correction, etc.); - problems of professional orientation of educational activities of students (A.G. Bermus, V. N. Vvedensky, A. A. Derkach, E. F. Zeer, etc.). The author highlights aspects of professional orientation and features of the formation of professional self-awareness of students. The following sections present the methodology and results of the study. The results are presented, among other things, in the form of figures and tables. The author comes to the conclusion that the event-based approach contributes to the development of professionalism of future teachers and the formation of their readiness for difficult situations that they may encounter in their professional activities. In the final section, the author formulates general conclusions and summarizes the main results. Bibliography. The bibliography of the article includes 21 domestic sources, there are practically no publications in the last three years. The list includes mainly articles, abstracts and online publications. In addition, there are also monographs, educational materials, and information publications. The sources are mostly incorrectly and heterogeneously designed. This applies to both online sources (for example, 5 and 10) and articles (for example, numbers 3 and 4), as well as educational publications (for example, 11 and 19). The uniformity of the design is also important. Appeal to opponents. Recommendations: 1) to analyze a larger number of scientific sources, including modern ones, since the problem is being actively considered by domestic and foreign researchers; the theoretical analysis of modern sources is insufficient; 2) in the article to formulate the purpose, object, subject, scientific novelty and theoretical and methodological foundations of the research; 3) to formulate recommendations based on the results of the conducted research research; 4) present prospects for further research, including empirical; 5) the main section ("Research results and their discussion") ends with a table, the discussion is not presented; it is important to formulate conclusions based on the results of the study; 6) review the work for descriptions (for example, "The study was organized and conducted on on the basis of the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A. I. Herzen in the period from May 2024"); 7) issue a bibliographic list in accordance with the requirements. Conclusions. The problems of the topic are characterized by undoubted relevance, theoretical and practical value. The article will be of interest to specialists who deal with the problems of organizing educational activities in higher educational institutions. In particular, the issue of the need to ensure an ecosystem approach in building the university's youth policy is important. The article may be recommended for publication. However, it is important to take into account the highlighted recommendations and make appropriate changes. This will make it possible to submit scientific, methodological and research work to the editorial board, which is characterized by scientific novelty and practical significance.
