Chirkin V.E. Basic Values of Modern Constitutions: the Projection of the Future

Abstract: From the standpoint of axiological approach examines the values of the constitutions of the states of the world in terms of their adoption, social meaning and content of the basic values expressed in the provisions of constitutions. The core values that have enduring importance are analyzed from the perspective of four parties: the human being; communities and associations of the people; society in general; the state and its organization. There are some ways to improve the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
