Muratova O.V. Problems of the Unification of Private International Law within the CIS and Eurasian Economic Community and the Methods of its Solving on the Example of EUAbstract: The article is concerned with analysis of the process of unification in the sphere of private international law within the Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurasian Economic Community and European Union. The problems in the sphere of the unification of private international law within the CIS and Eurasian Economic Community are researched in the article. The author suggests the methods of its solving taking into account European experience.
