Abstract: The article contains the comparative legal analysis of the regulations of the collective contracts and treaties in the Labour Code of the Mongolia and in the Labour Code of the Russian Federation. The attention is paid to the problem and positive legal norms regulating collective contracts and treaties and correlation between the collective and individual labour contracts in the Labour Code of the Mongolia.
