Zhigulskikh, A.N. Prosecutor in the civil process: position of the European Court of Human RightsAbstract: The article includes analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation on the powers of the prosecutor to represent the citizens in civil process in the courts of general jurisdiction. Based on the precedent practice of the European Court on Human Rights the author shows the contradiction of these norms to the norms of international law.
