Bartsevich, V.N. Factors of psychological safety of the school environmentAbstract: The article presents the results of a study of views of teachers and students about the characteristics of psychological security of the educational environment. The experiments showed that the psychological safety of students was due to the level of development of integrated personality characteristics of teachers (orientation, competence, flexibility and self-awareness). Author proves the effectiveness of psychological program that increases the level of development of integrated personality characteristics of teachers that affect the psychological safety of students.
