Administrative, Jurisdictional and Supervisory Activity in the Sphere of Private Detective and Safeguarding ActivitiesAbstract: The article is devoted to the legal and organizational problems of development of private detective and safeguarding activities and theoretical grounds for development of non-state law-enforcement system. The author of the article analyzes different points of view on the institution of private detective and safeguarding activities. Based on the study, the author offers his own author’s definition of private detective and safeguarding activities. Moreover, the author of the article studies the problems of control and administrative responsibility for violation of legislation on private detective and safeguarding activities.
