Surjin A.S. Pipelines Transportation in the Black Sea: International Legal Aspects

Abstract: The article considers issues of international legal regulation of laying and operating of pipelines in the Black Sea in accordance with the provisions of the treaty of universal character in the field of the law of the sea — the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982(UNCLOS), provides an overview of existing and planned construction projects of pipelines in the present sea space.
