Abstract: This article is devoted to analysis of tendencies and the need for legislative amendments in the sphere of health protection in the Russian Federation, as well as the issues of responsibility for the offences by medical personnel, and the problems, regarding material responsibility for the harm, which was caused due to bad quality medical service.
