Zherebtsov, A.N. Problems of implementation of international “soft law” norms within the administrative migration mechanisms

Abstract: Review: this publication includes analysis of the role of norms of international “soft law” and their realization in administrative law of Russia. The author reviews the conditions, in which the “soft law” norms are implemented in Russian legal system, and situations, when such implementation is not possible. The author defines the meaning of norms of international “soft law” for overcoming the gaps in legal regulation of migration relations.
