Legal specifics of the administrative and legal regulation of the housing fund management in the city of MoscowAbstract: The basic normative legal act, which established the competence of the government bodies in management of the housing fund of the city of Moscow, is the Law of the City of Moscow of June 14, 2006 “On ensuring the rights of the people living in the city of Moscow to housing”. This article includes a systemic analysis of the provisions of this law, as well as organization of the housing fund work of the Government of Moscow.
