Pavlov, S.A. Anti-monopoly legislation as an instrument of development of market economy in RussiaAbstract: The Constitution of the Russian Federation formed the basis for the market economy. Anti-monopoly law (or competition law, as some authors call it) is one of the most efficient instruments for its development in our state. This article provides a brief excursus into the history of formation and development of the Russian legislation on competition protection, and it connects its development directly to the development of a mature market economy. Keywords: jurisprudence, anti-monopoly, concentration, competition.
