Abstract: The article is devoted to the influence of the Decrees of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation onto the legal regulation of the activities of the subjects of the civil judicial procedure. The author views this problem, providing detailed analysis of provisions of some such Decrees, giving a number of examples. At the end, the author comes to a conclusion on a considerable role of the Decrees in avoiding gaps and contradictions in the legislation, supporting and facilitating the unified approach to definition and legal positions.
