Abstract: The article includes analysis of shortcomings of measures of punishment, used for juvenile offenders, and the author comes to a conclusion on complications of practical application of punishment towards juvenile offenders. The author provides results of the opinion poll among the judges, prosecutors, and the juvenile militia officers.
