Bezgin,V.B. Sex crimes in everyday life of villages in late XIX — early XX centuries

Abstract: This article includes analysis of sex crimes in the Russian village of late XIX — early XX centuries. The author views various types of sexual crimes of Russian peasants, motives and popularity of such crimes. The author also establishes the contents of the criminal legislation of the Russian Empire as well as common legal views of the peasants towards such crimes.
