Yakimova, O.E. Specific features of agreements for enterpreneurial activities in the special economic zones in the Russian Federation

Abstract: The Federal Law “On special economic zones” provides for four types of special economic zone: technical introduction zones, entrepreneurial and production zones, tourist and recreation zones, port zones. In order to receive the status of the SEZ resident, one needs the agreement for the requisite activity. The scholars vary on their opinions on definition of such agreement. Agreement for entrepreneurial activity provides for the vertical relations between the residents and the state bodies, which allows to single out specific features of the subject of agreement, stages of its conclusion, order of its cessation.
