Shamgunov, A.I. Differentiation of spheres of authority between the Russian Federation and its subjects in the sphere of legal regulation of municipal elections.

Abstract: This article by A.I. Shamgunov is devoted to analysis of a specific aspect of differentiation of spheres of authority between the Russian Federation and its subjects – namely, the municipal elections. As the author points out, in this sphere the expectations have to be realistic and the author does not know a single case whne the differentiation would be done in favour of the subjects on the initiative of the federal legislator.
