Ivanov, A.M., Knyazev, S.D. Legislature of People’s Republic of Korea: system of sanctions and rules of application of sanctions.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the Chinese experience of transfer to legal means of regulation of the social relations in the context of the administrative reform. Authors provide detailed study of the key Chinese laws in this field, such as the Provision on penalties for violation of the social order, which had considerable impact on the institution of the administrative responsibility, and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on adiministrative punishments.
