IntroductionIn recent years, there has been a sharp increase in the use of mobile (mobile) communication networks in our country and abroad.

At the same time, the integration of these systems occurs not only for the purpose of organizing communication between mobile objects, where there are no alternatives to such networks, but also for organizing communication between some stationary objects. The basic principle of mobile communication is the conversion and transmission of digital data based on the GSM standard. It is important to note that the general concept of GSM communication security is based on technical, organizational and legal aspects. However, for more complete protection, it is necessary to ensure the close interaction of each of these elements.

The direction of development of marine robotic complexes (MRTC) has received particular relevance. So, to date, there are already serial multifunctional complexes that perform complex oceanographic tasks. The main trend in the development of this direction is the creation of autonomous underwater robotic complexes for solving a number of scientific and applied tasks for the development of the world ocean. However, in the conditions of the vastness of marine basins and a low level of development, the issue remains relevant related to the development of MRTC communication and radio access systems that allow real-time provision of information about enemy territories, up-to-date information about the terrain and other [1].

Materials and methodsThe author applies theoretical research methods, and also uses the results of scientific materials of domestic and foreign production.

In the course of the work, a comprehensive study of the issue was carried out and solutions were given for the organization of high-quality and secure data transmission. The basis for the study was the structure and principles of the organization of mobile communications.

Thus, the purpose of the presented work is to analyze key issues and form solutions for the organization of high-quality and secure data transmission. Within the framework of the work, such tasks are highlighted as: analysis of communication systems and organization of radio access of marine robotic complexes; analysis of technical means and features in ensuring reliable and secure data transmission; organization of high-quality and safe data transmission in communication systems and radio access of marine robotic complexes based on the use of AnCom RM/E.

Organization of communication of marine robotic complexesIn the modern world, the MRTC is controlled on the basis of a communication channel or autonomously according to a program specified in the on-board system to solve a particular task.

At the same time, radio or satellite communications are used to communicate with marine robotic complexes in a surface position. However, this approach does not provide optimal conditions for the applicability of stable two-way communication between the base and the MRTC itself in the underwater position. The reason is the weakening of electromagnetic waves of standard communication channels when passing through the water column [2].

One of the recent technologies designed to solve this problem was a US manufacturing concept using a network-centric "ForceNet" database. This concept assumed the integration of robotic complexes into a single control system in order to ensure the receipt of an operational situation in real time. Figure 1 shows a diagram of this concept, representing the organization of data exchange between surface and underwater groups of marine robotic complexes.

Fig. 1. Organization of the "ForceNet" technology for MRTC

Another fundamentally new technology for organizing communication between the MRTC "Artic Roadmap" involves the use of a multi-agent system for collecting information based on special technical objects. Figure 2 shows a diagram from the US NAVY document "Arctic Roadmap", showing the structure of a multi-agent system for collecting information and organizing radio communication between marine robotic complexes performing tasks [3].

Creation of communication channels in the extremely low frequency rangeOne of the promising directions for the development of communication systems and radio access between marine robotic complexes is the creation of special communication channels in the extremely low frequency range.

Such radio lines can significantly increase the depth of communication capabilities. However, the integration of this equipment is predetermined by significant economic costs. Based on this, today only research issues related to the study and rationality of the use of extremely low frequency distribution channels, their interference, as well as problems in the transmission and processing of information are being carried out.

Another relevant direction of development of the analyzed issue is to increase the noise immunity of hydroacoustic systems (GAS). This task is directly related to the problem of reducing the speed of information transmission, which significantly complicates the implementation of operational and other critical missions of the MRTC under water. One of the solutions to this problem, which has been actively developed recently, is the use of frequency modulation of signals and cascade codes. So, to date, a special short-wave radio line is being developed, the use of which allows for stable radio communication between robotic complexes in a surface position [4].

Figure 3 (a) illustrates the algorithmic structure of the receiver for the MRTC, through which multi-channel reception and spatial signal processing are performed. At the same time, Figure 3 (b) shows the scheme of the decision-making unit on the transferred sign based on the weight majority processing by the "middle sign" method.

Fig. 3. Schemes: a – multichannel GAS reception;

b – making decisions about the transferred sign

According to the results of recent studies, significant results have been proven when using this system. So, for example, as a result of the use of frequency modulation of signals and cascade codes, there is a significant decrease in the probability of loss of information packets, as well as the possibility of information recovery. The latter is achieved as a result of parallel reception of message elements based on four frequency bands. At the same time, it should be noted that the development of this structure for the construction of a hydroacoustic receiver for marine robotic complexes makes it possible to reduce the means of communication used on them to uniformity.

One of the promising directions for the development of communication systems and radio access between marine robotic complexes is the creation of special communication channels in the extremely low frequency range. Such radio lines can significantly increase the depth of communication capabilities. However, the integration of this equipment is predetermined by significant economic costs. Based on this, to date, only research issues related to the study and rationality of the use of extremely low frequency distribution channels, their interference, as well as problems in the transmission and processing of information are being carried out [5].

Ensuring communication security based on channel redundancyThe concept of "security" of mobile communications is understood as a set of means, measures and actions, as a result of which the system is protected from unauthorized access, and secrecy is ensured during the transmission of information.

Security measures of such networks are used to prevent illegal actions. At the same time, this kind of actions are often divided into two main aspects – actions aimed at distorting or intercepting information, as well as actions aimed at obtaining free access to the communication network.

The mobile communications market has solutions for various areas of human activity. Thus, professional mobile communication systems, personal, wireless telephones, as well as public mobile communication networks are distinguished. Of particular relevance are the issues of ensuring the quality and security of information transmission among the first type of communication. Professional mobile communication networks are actively used in the military, industry and a number of other areas that require fast and secure data transmission to solve important tasks.

Fig. 4. Terminals with redundant data transmission channels

The actualization of issues related to the security of this type of communication has inevitably led to the development of solutions that ensure a sufficient level of protection and quality of information transmission. One of the tools for solving problems in this area is the use of channel redundancy. In this case, the transition to the backup channel is made without loss of time based on the results of detecting the failure of the main channel. At the same time, the return after its restoration is performed only according to the results of the reliability check [6].

It should be noted that the most relevant solutions to date in matters of ensuring the security of mobile communication networks are intelligent terminals with redundant data transmission channels. Figure 4 shows some of the examples of solutions for this type of equipment.

Redundancy of MRTC channels using the AnCom RM/E modemThe most relevant and effective solution in the tasks of ensuring the security of mobile communications of the MRTC is the use of the AnCom RM/E modem.

Depending on the connected object, this solution allows you to solve the following tasks: the task of reserving communication channels (via wired – Ethernet and wireless – GSM); the task of switching access to the automation object [7].

The problem of reserving communication channels using AnCom RM/E is solved as follows. Remote access from the control room to the object, which, in turn, is connected to this modem (via the RS-232/RS-485 interface), is performed via Ethernet, that is, the main channel. In this case, switching to the GSM channel is performed when the wired connection is broken. Switching is performed automatically using the AnCom Switch RM_E utility, which is included in the delivery package of this technological solution. Figure 5 shows the operation scheme of the channel redundancy algorithm.

As a result of the AnCom RM/E modem, an automatic Internet access system is created. There are at least two parallel communication channels in it, duplicating each other. So, when the main channel fails, the backup is automatically turned on, as a result of which continuous Internet access is provided. This, in turn, makes it possible to ensure the highest quality and secure data transmission in cellular mobile networks. The main advantages of using this solution are, directly, the very possibility of reserving channels, as well as the availability of intelligent switching of access channels to the object [8].

One of the current applications of this modem is its use in automatic outdoor lighting control systems (ASUS). The AnCom RM/E modem built into this system allows you to provide a stable and secure data extension channel with a control room. The modem acts as a solution to improve the reliability of data transmission, while requiring an Internet connection, which is based on two built-in SIM cards. The main feature of AnCom RM/E in ASUNO is the ability to automatically reserve channels for Internet access, while during the failure of all communication channels, the modem allows you to switch the operation of the lighting system to manual mode, notifying the operator with the appropriate signal via SMS.

AnCom RM/E

Thus, AnCom RM/E provides an opportunity to provide centralized operational management of ASU in manual and automatic mode. At the same time, during failures on all wireless communication channels, it is possible for the modem to switch to the local lighting control mode by the service personnel with the transmission of signals via a computer via the COM port. It is also important to note that the key feature of using the modem in question is not only the possibility of lengthening and ensuring a stable (safe) connection, but also in reducing energy costs, maintenance and elimination of accidents. This is achieved as a result of the formation of data collected by the modem, the formation of graphs based on them, the possibility of producing centralized accounting of electricity consumption, conducting remote diagnostics of equipment, as well as a general increase in the reliability of the ASU [9].

ConclusionThus, the main purpose of the presented article was to analyze the current trends and prospects for the development of communication systems on marine robotic complexes.

As a result of the work, it was found out that the main problem of organizing communication and radio access between several MRTCS is the loss of signals and poor quality of information transmission between surface and underwater objects. One of the promising solutions to this problem is to highlight such areas as the creation of special communication channels in the extremely low frequency range, as well as increasing the noise immunity of hydroacoustic systems based on the use of frequency modulation and cascade codes. To date, there are a wide variety of ways to organize communication with the MRTC, while each of them includes a number of features, advantages and disadvantages. Based on this, the choice of a specific method depends on the tasks performed and the conditions of work on them. The analysis of the current level of development of this issue indicates the prediction of the creation of high characteristics of communication lines that provide the necessary quality of data transmission.

The channel reservation tool was chosen as an example for analyzing the issue. It should be noted that the existing technical solutions do not have a full guarantee of security against attacks. Based on this, the most effective provision of security in the field of mobile communications can be achieved only as a result of a comprehensive solution to the issue, the development of innovative technical solutions, as well as continuous audit and analysis of emerging problems. As a result of the work, the key aspects and relevance of ensuring the security of mobile communication networks were identified. One of the most relevant and effective communication security tools, consisting on the basis of channel redundancy, is highlighted. The algorithm of operation is presented and the main advantages of using the AnCom RM/E modem in solving these problems are highlighted. In conclusion, it should be noted that the implementation of measures using this technical solution can significantly improve the quality, reliability and safety of mobile communication systems [10].

The reviewed article is devoted to the tasks of data transmission over mobile networks in large spaces and the need to ensure their protection. The authors emphasize that for the considered technical systems, communication via wireless channels (radio frequencies, satellite systems) is used, which imposes a limitation in the form of signal attenuation when propagating over long distances, for example, in the ocean. The article discusses the existing communication technologies and provides their schemes. Much attention is paid to communication in the ultra-low frequency range. The issue of modem redundancy is considered in detail, but the main provisions should focus on the field of application chosen by the authors. The disadvantage of the work is the lack of a clear statement of the problem based on the analysis of publications and current tasks. The article does not provide the technical characteristics of the complexes or the analogues under consideration, and does not address the physics of the processes underlying the studied systems. The authors did not carry out their own research, the conclusions were formulated based on the analysis and generalization of the experience of published works. The style of presentation corresponds to the review article. There are stylistic errors. There are illustrations with captions, but the quality of the illustrations is low, explanatory inscriptions are indistinguishable in some cases. The general structure of the article meets the requirements for scientific publication. The bibliography contains 10 sources, mainly in Russian peer-reviewed publications, all for the last 5 years. There are links in the text. It is designed in accordance with the requirements. Remarks. When analyzing existing MRTC communication technologies, their advantages and disadvantages are not explicitly noted, which makes it difficult to evaluate analogues. It is necessary to supplement the review. Figure 2 is of poor quality, which makes it difficult to assess the information provided. If h is borrowed from source 3, it is necessary to specify a link in the caption. In the section providing communication at low frequencies, it is necessary to provide technical specifications, explain why the depth may increase, justify the economic aspects, note where shortwave communication is used. Fig. 3 the circuit elements contain unreadable text, it is necessary to increase the font. The purpose of the above schemes is not clear, because they are only mentioned in passing in the article. The authors refer to the results of the latest research, but without mentioning what these studies were and the scope of use. It is advisable to note the sources of interference that are mentioned in the article. It is recommended to convert Figure 4 to a table. In line 2, the word intellectual is taken in quotation marks, what does it mean? It is recommended to correct the text of the table, minimizing common words. For the backup task, it is necessary to specify how the technical characteristics change if there is a need to switch. It is not clear whether modem redundancy is a suggestion by the Authors or it is also the result of an analysis of published works. It is necessary to focus on the chosen area (data transmission under water), emphasizing the data source. It should also be noted that not every computer model has a COM port, which also imposes a limitation on the equipment. The article is recommended for publication with some editorial edits, it does not need to be reviewed again. Readiness 85%
