Abstract: Knowledge is the main feature of educational environment in any society. Information technologies give a new light to the problem of scientific knowledge within education space. In the long-term perspective knowledge society is most likely to be characterized by the contradiction between objective forms of culture and possibilities for personal and professional development. The author of the article described “norm” and “competitive” perspectives of transformation of scientific knowledge.
