ALEXANDROVA A.V. Franco-German Model of Social Legislation within the Framework of Globalization

Abstract: The article is devoted to the development of Franco-German model of social legislation within the framework of globalization based on the latest normative acts of Germany and France, and international legal instruments on social protection. Particular attention is paid to the changes of the relevant legislation and labour relations of France and Germany within the framework of globalization which, according to the author, negatively affect the functioning of the systems of social protection. The author also takes up tendencies in the labour-market within the framework of globalization, such as the individualization of labour relations, atypical forms of employment, etc. Key words: comparative law, social legislation, Franco-German model, globalization, labour relations, labour-market, social protection
