Abstract: The issues of disposing of one’s property remain topical at any time. At the same time along with the traditional institution of testament, there’s also rent, and more and more people use it. In this article the author analyzes key characteristic features of rent and testament, with due attention paid to positive and negative aspects, as well as possible risks and the means to lower the risks in question.
