Abstract: This article is devoted to Hegel’s approach to morals and politics within the framework of historical context, to which Hegel refers. The second part of the article refers to the analysis of Hegel’s approach, as established in P. 337 A of “Bases of Philosophy of Law” and its correlation to the other issues of the above-mentioned discussion. In the third part of the article, the author attempts to evaluate Hegel’s position and its topicality in the modern world.
