Khrykov, V.P. Charity: aspects of its motivation in the Russian legislation

Abstract: As the author of this article points out, the existing system of charitable activity does not fit the current state of the Russian society, the relations between the business and the social sector. Currently, the Russian legislation on charity does not include the issue of economical preferences of the subjects of charity.
