On the subject of correlation between the concepts of “law differentiation” and “legislative specialization” Abstract: The author points out the problem of dialectical link between the process of differentiation within the legal system and lawmaking in the form of specialization of legislation. He underlines the need to clearly demarcate the categories of “law differentiation” and “legislative specialization”, and offers their original definitions. During this research, the following general scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, dialectical, systemic, private scientific and legal comparative. The author comes to a conclusion that law differentiation causes corresponding specialization in legislation, and predetermines the structure of normative acts. If the differentiation of law carries an objective character and is predefined by the need to regulate the multifaceted social relations, then specialization of legislation has a character derivative from it and relates to the work on the technical legal formalization of informative results of differentiation.
