Abstract: The article is devoted to the studies of the structure of constitutional right to information through analysis of its elements: right to free search, access, keeping, transfer, use of information, which has detailed characteristics In the Russian legal norms. In order to provide specific information on this constitutional right, the author provides a classification of this right through the paradigm of right to access to the sources of information and the right to obtain information.
