Kupreev S. S. Forced labor as a means of punishmentAbstract: the article describes a new type of administrative punishment — forced labor. Being included into legislation this type of punishment drew a wide public response. The author analyses legitimacy of forced labor and whether this means of punishment is in compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and international legal documents. A significant positive meaning of this type of punishment as a preventative means of infringement of the law is specified.
