Gaidaenko Sher International Experience on Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms: the New Swiss Code of Civil Procedure and Cantonal LegislationAbstract: Article deals with regulation of conciliation and mediation procedures for civil and commercial disputes in Switzerland. The author analyses the respective provisions of the federal Code of Civil Procedure and those of the legislative acts of the Canton of Geneva and concludes that Swiss experience and achievements on the field of conciliation and mediation can be successfully used in Russia.
