Vershilo, N.D. On the issue of the powers of the state bodies in the sphere of hunting and rational use of hunting resourcesAbstract: The article is devoted to the topical issues of distinguishing the powers of the state controlling bodies in the sphere of hunting and rational use of hunting resources. The author comes to a conclusion that frequent reorganizations of stat bodies, as well as often ungrounded shifts of powers and spheres of responsibility lower the efficiency of regulation in this sphere. There is need to form an independent federal executive body, which would be specially empowered in the sphere of hunting and protection of hunting resources, which would be subordinated to the Government of the Russian Federation.
