Constitutional Law Grounds for the Russian Federalism: Concept AnalysisAbstract: The article is devoted to the constitutional aspects of the Russian federalism from the point of view of theory and methodology. Methodological grounds for studying federalism all over the world are the famous ideas of politicians and scientists such as Derrick Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, D. Madison, V. Ostrom, Alexis Tocqueville who developed the theory of federalism based on the example of the USA and Switzerland. However, we do have our own ‘stars’ of federalism science in the Russian Federation.
