Prokofyev A.S. Legal Regulation of the Assignment of Claims in England and in the USA

Abstract: Topical issues of regulation of the assignment of rights in the law of England and in the law of the USA are examined in this article. The differences in statute law and in equity and the characteristics of regulation of assignment as a security are exposed. Attention is also paid to the historical aspect of the development of cession in the named legal orders, and the last tendencies of such development in England and the USA.
