Yarovenko, V.V. Application of special knowledge when studying the judicial ballistic data (review of the practical examples).

Abstract: The article includes analysis of assignment and implementation of the judicial ballistic expertises of fi rearms and ammunition, fi rst of all factory-made ones. The author pays attention to the fact that expertise usually includes expert inspection, which does not require specifi c knowledge from the expert. Then the author offers to amend the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation.
