Prokofiev Legislative Regulation of the Assignment of Rights in France and in GermanyAbstract: In this article the author examines legislative regulation of the assignment of rights in France and in Germany as well as the underlying doctrinal views. The research also covers historical aspect of the development of cession in the named legal orders, and notices last tendencies of such development.
