Maslov About some forms of the parliamentary control in France and RussiaAbstract: In this article, author considered the forms of the control of the Senate and National assembly of France of the national government. Review of this problem made with researching changes in the legislation that have occurred since the adoption of the Constitution of France in 1958, and considers the possibility of further changes in legislation.
