O.N. Sherstoboev Administrative and Legal Problems of Self–Regulation.

Abstract: This article is about current problems of administrative law. The administrative reform taking place in Russia, assumes the reduction of the government intervention in the economy, which manifests itself in self–regulation. For Russia, foreign experience of self–regulation is relevant, including the U.S., Britain and Germany.
