Abstract: The article is devoted to a set of methodological and applied problems regarding efficiency of information support of the state policy of the Russian Federation in Arctic region. The authors analyze goals and priorities of Russia in this region. Then they establish a system of key markers of efficiency of strategic projects for the development of the Arctic sector. The article also includes analysis of information threats to its implementation, as well as technology of planning and management of information support of the project of the class in question.
