Abstract: The article studies the concept and peculiarities of acts by executive authorities. The author well describes the features and place of legal acts in the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of social relations. Special attention is paid at an administrative procedure as a specific type of an act performed by federal bodies of executive power.
