Vasileva L.N. Defense of Ethnicity: Conventional and National Measures

Abstract: Tendencies of globalization of the states take place along with the people aspiration of keeping the ethnic originality and foundations of a life today. The measures of ethnic originality protection provided in the international legal documents of the organizations of universal and regional character are considered in the article. The measures provided at the international level directed on flexible adaptation of migrants and invalids of protection of their originality are pointed out. Examples on protection of originality of national minorities, rights of education on the native language from the national legislation of some the states are given
