On the new edition of principles of service behavior of state servantsAbstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the aspects of the current anti-corruption reform: improvement of ethics of state servants. In July of 2009 the President D.A. Medvedev signed a Decree, which had corrected the very principles of service behavior.
