Kananykina, E. S. Modern System of Continuing Education in the Republic of South Africa

Abstract: National framework of the Republic of South Africa (RSA) is one of the bright examples of polysystemic (mixed) law. Historically it used to be the base of the regular law but then in the 19th century institutes of the Roman and Dutch law were implemented there. Starting from the 20th century, traditional sources of the common law have been actively used in the system of law of RSA. At the present time RSA is a brilliant example of the government which is changing from the totalitarian political system with the racist’s ideology and apartheid into the government with a liberal and democratic political system.
Key words: studies of law, RSA, education, system, legislation, source, Africa, ideology, Africanism, apartheid.
