Abstract: The subject of the study is the process of reproduction of human capital and consumer choice of young people. The object of the study is the human capital system, taking into account the consumer choices of young people. The authors study in detail such aspects of the topic as the differentiation of employment among young people, the social and labor values of youth in the conditions of consumer society and exposure as a system of expectations and requirements imposed on the individual regarding the norms of her social roles. Special attention is paid to the analysis of official statistics describing youth employment as a social group. Attention is drawn to the interest of young people in new technologies that provide a full production cycle, which meets the expectations of this age group of human capital. The main conclusions of the study are:
- the active phase of the formation of the labor market of young professionals involves ensuring a balanced supply and demand. Of particular importance are measures to coordinate the volume and structure of training specialists with the needs of the labor market. This is achieved by streamlining information about available vacancies, as well as encouraging employers to create additional jobs for young people;
- as part of the change in the employment structure, it is planned to create new types of youth employment. At the same time, one of the key areas of the state's activity is seen in stimulating the development of entrepreneurial activity among young people, credit benefits, and deepening institutional reforms.
A special contribution of the author to the research of the topic is to determine the directions that correspond to the expectations of youth as the most active resource of human capital.
The novelty of the research lies in the concretization of the process of human capital formation in Russian society, taking into account the professional adaptation of young people.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the political subjectivity as a social characteristic of the structure of value orientations of youth in the Moscow agglomeration. The author examines such aspects of the topic as political socialization, incidence of political subjectivity, and its key social characteristics within the structure of value orientations of youth. Attention is given to determination of correlation between political subjectivity and socially significant values. The author describes the content of terminal and instrumental values among young people with different levels of development of political subjectivity as a sociopolitical trait of a person. The research methodology includes the fundamental principles of the theory of political socialization, which suggests cultivation of the essential values of political culture as the process of person’s adaptation to a particular political system. The leading role in the process of political socialization belongs to the ability to critical digestion of knowledge and norms of political relations that ensure conditions for the formation of political subjectivity of a person. The conclusions consists in determination of occurrence of political subjectivity and its social characteristics within the structure of value orientations of youth in the Moscow agglomeration. The realization of political subjectivity in youth environment is predetermined by the structure of values and the vector of social orientations of a person. The novelty of this work lies in the statement that political subjectivity in the process of socialization of a person correlates with the structure of social values. Personal values indirectly reflect the essence of its political subjectivity, which is relevant for more accurate socio political characteristics of a person. The revealed terminal and instrumental values in youth environment allow designating the vector of political socialization of a person.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the system of measures for scientific substantiation of medical and pedagogical training of population for actions in emergency situations. The author examines such aspects of the topic as the scientific substantiation of measures of medical and pedagogical training of population aimed at the development of rational behavior in emergency situations. Attention is focused on the need for elaboration of questions for ensuring active and appropriate behavior of people affected in order to preserve their own lives and health. Readiness of the person depends on their ability to prepare for rational actions under the aggravated external circumstances. Research methodology leans on the determination theory of medicine, which serves as a platform for studying multiple vectors of emergency medicine. The scientific novelty of this work consists in substantiation of the medical-pedagogical approach as the basis of a complex of preventive measures for increasing capacity of life support in the context of factors of extreme determination. Such training is complies with methodology of rendering medical assistance to the population in the conditions of emergency situations; and is a part of such measures as conduct of special tactical trainings (preparation of equipment and gear; simulation of the flow of suffered and injured, skill training on rendering aid; examination of reliability of the shelter, effective interaction with different services, etc).

Abstract: The research subject is the descriptors of legal deontology within the structure of legal awareness organization of a personality of a future lawyer. The authors consider such aspects of the issue as the detection of descriptors of legal deontology in the process of formation of professional legal awareness of future layers. Special attention is given to the detection of such descriptors of legal deontology as understanding of its essence and importance, and readiness to use a person’s own commitments in practical activity which is important for the formation of ideas about the levels of legal awareness organization of a personality of a lawyer. The research methodology includes the main principles of the theory of legal deontology, whose ideology promotes understanding of moral structures of a lawyer’s personality with account for their activity. The key characteristics of morality in accordance with the provisions of descriptive theory allow forming the concept of the levels of legal awareness of a lawyer. The authors use the descriptive method based on the analytical descriptive jurisprudence of H. Hart; the sociological method (questionnaire survey) which helps to define the rank role of descriptors of legal deontology as a professional concept. The authors detect the descriptors of legal deontology which help to define the levels of legal awareness of future lawyers. It is established that the priorities in understanding the essence of legal deontology, and understanding the role and readiness to use the moral commitments are organized in such an order that professional attributes of a lawyer are in the first place followed by the moral ones.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the socio-psychological mechanism of modern terrorism and its potential social consequences. The author examines the socio-psychological regulation of the phenomenology of terrorism. Special attention is given to the risks of public security due to the socio-psychological atmosphere of aggressiveness and escalated social proneness to conflict. Besides the statistical structure of the fear of terrorism, there exists its dynamic structure that includes the sequentially implemented stages of terrorist activity. The dynamic structure of such activity can be presented in form of social mechanism, which contains a sequence of stages or links of the common circuit of terrorist activity. The historical, forecasting, systemic-functional, and comparative-legal approaches comprise the methodological foundation of this study, which allows to comprehensively analyze the problem at hand. The theoretical foundation includes methodological positions and conclusions pertinent to the theory of the problem of terrorism, terror as a legal and political phenomenon, and interaction between the subject of counteraction of terrorist threats, contained in the works of Russian and foreign sociologists, political scientists, legal experts; as well as the materials of scientific discussions and conferences, information websites on the topic of counter-terrorism. The scientific novelty lies in identification of the socio-psychological mechanisms of terrorism as the risks of terrorist acts in society, which determinative essence consists in the socio-psychological atmosphere of aggressiveness and escalated proneness to conflict, intolerance, inhumanity and violence, extremism and fanaticism, mutual mistrust and hatred in people’s relationships, loss of moral compass, disregard to the existing legal and social norms, and fundamental breakage of the stereotypes of consciousness and behavior.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the questions of organizational behavior of company employees. Special attention is given to the assessment of the structure of organizational behavior, suggesting the determination of a set of factors that characterize communication potential of the company, management approach, and conflict behavior trends of the personnel. Deterioration in organizational behavior requires the implementation of flexible (adaptive), rather than just directive management approaches. With regards to company employees with critical indicators of its communication potential, it is necessary to introduce courses on the development of communication skills under the conditions of low budget financing. The research methodology is based on Fritz Roethlisberger’s theory on the fundamentals of Western managements, as well as the concept of organizational behavior of James J. Gibson. The main conclusions define the role and importance of communication potential of the company, management approaches, and conflict behavior trends of the personnel in assessing the structure of organizational behavior. The directive management approach generates the latent proneness to conflict, and in 75 percent of the cases leads to dysadaptation of the communication structure and significantly reduces confidence indicators between the employees. The scientific novelty consists in the substantiation of adaptive human resource management depending on the peculiarities of organizational behavior, as well as in the establishment of the role of organizational-psychological conditions of joint effort within the structure of organizational behavior.

Abstract: The research subject is the process of teenagers socialization in terms of moral education as the principle of forming their legal culture. The authors consider teenagers’ legal culture taking into account the peculiarities of their socialization in terms of moral education. The authors give attention to the study of the peculiarities of teenagers’ temper, the incidence of accentuation of personality traits and aggressive traits, taking into account their self-esteem and aspirations. The authors substantiate the essence of teenagers’ legal nature as a regulator of moral guides. The study is based on the law culture theory and the principles of formation of a person’s legal culture during their socialization. The authors use Schmieschek questionnaire to reveal the structure of accentuation of personality traits and Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory. To evaluate the self-esteem level and the level of aspirations, the authors use Dembo-Rubinstein scale. The authors use percentage calculation to process statistical data. Scientific novelty of the study consists in detecting the structure of psychological peculiarities in order to estimate the level of teenagers’ legal culture.
The authors detect the largest concentration of accentuations defining temper as energetic, dynamic, excitable and uncontrollable, which is a sort of the first risk zone for legal socialization
24% of teenagers tend to demonstrate the signs of indirect aggression: soreness (9%), suspicion (5%) and verbal aggression (10%). The authors note the growth in the number of verbally aggressive girls which is the sign of the low level of legal culture
Most teenagers have medium and high levels of self esteem. They also have medium and high levels of aspirations, which is the factor of balanced development and legal activity of a person.

Abstract: The research subject is education of bachelors with regard to liberal arts education requirements. The author considers such aspects of the issue as the perspectives of liberal arts education in preparing bachelors and the structure of liberal arts in the conditions of the educational system reform. Special attention is paid to the education of bachelors in the Social and Legal Institute of Economic Security. The SLIES’s strategy in the sphere of liberal arts education presupposes the use of modern technologies for the students’ permanent self-education. Therefore, attention is paid to the use of information technologies which increase the students’ interest in social sciences and promotes their motivation to interim self-testing. To form the base of reference and testing sources, the SLIES develops electronic courseware. The research methodology comprises the conceptual provisions of the theory of liberal arts education in the system of higher education. The method of system analysis helps reveal the conflict within the structure of educational process which is conditioned by the division of scientific and normative knowledge. It is determined by the fact that scientific and humanities knowledge helps theoretically understand any scientific facts since they depend on the patterns of development of nature, the society and thinking. This circumstance explains that such knowledge helps understand the essence of social processes, explain them and make sure forecasts. On the other hand, normative knowledge can’t form the principle of explanation, and the patterns of development of socio-economic processes can’t serve as a principle of evaluation. The author claims that the modernization of educational process and scientific and research activities provides access to the information from any region of the Russian Federation, thus making it possible to improve the quality of distance learning , particularly, the control over the knowledge of extramural students, and that there is a possibility to comply with the students’ information requests with the help of the new technology which combines the advantages of the press, television and the Internet.
