N. Tupancheski Science of the Criminal Law and Its Correspondence to the Other Fields of Science on Criminality

Abstract: the article is devoted to the theoretical problems of the science of criminal law as a fi eld of knowledge of the positive criminal law. Theauthorclaims, thatthecriminallawscienceisanthropocentricasitsmainattentionisgiventohuman. Moreover, some disciplines should be studied, which do not correspond directly to the subject of the criminal law in its typical understanding, such as criminal politics, economical criminal law, medical criminal law and criminal law in informational technologies. The author concludes, that the criminal legal science faces serious challenges of nowadays.
